In today's fast-changing and complex business environment, leaders must move beyond traditional management approaches and embrace different ways of working. As my focus is on coaching, my programme has coaching as a core leadership competency. This course provides leaders with the tools and frameworks needed to develop self-awareness, enhance their delegation skills through the use of speech acts, and master the art of active listening. While there is a great deal of leadership material to study, I have tried to give you a quick synopsis to get you started on the "Leader as Coach" view.
