Course Description: Fusion HCM Employee Hiring Life Cycle

Objective:Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to efficiently manage and execute key employee life cycle events within the Oracle Fusion HCM system. This includes hiring employees, processing payroll, managing internal movements (transfers and promotions), and handling terminations, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Target Audience:HR professionals, HR administrators, payroll specialists, functional consultants, and anyone involved in managing employee data and transactions in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Onboarding Fundamentals:Learn about basic onboarding tasks to ensure new hires have necessary access and information.

Module 3: Employee Payroll Processing

This module focuses on setting up and running payroll for employees within Fusion HCM.

Payroll Setup Overview:Define payroll definitions, consolidation sets, pay frequencies, and security settings.

Elements and Balances:Configure earning and deduction elements, define balance definitions, and use fast formulas for complex calculations.

Running Payroll:Execute payroll processes, including QuickPay and payroll flow patterns, and manage prepayments and costing.
