The Workouts
P90X3 Deluxe consists of 19 extreme 30-minute workouts on 9 DVDs. The workouts are split into 5 groups: Resistance Workouts, Power Workouts, Cardio Workouts, Core, Flexibility & Balance Workouts, and Elite Workouts

1. Resistance Workouts
