Michael is a world-renowned weight coach, educator and author. He is a leader in the fi tness industry, as well as a source of inspiration for all who trained and studied with him. His long history of working with weights, an understanding of how the body works, and the unique training he created to make him an absolute winner in weight training. Michael was introduced by weights by a competitor of Highland Games more than twenty years ago, when it was stationed in Scotland with the US armed forces.
